Question 1

What is Elevops?

Accepted Answer

Elevops is the proprietary SaaS platform developed by Ruliweb to digitise and govern the full operations of elevator companies. It unifies in a single cloud ecosystem the management of contracts, scheduled maintenance, emergency calls, job sites and field technicians’ reporting.

Question 2

Is there an associated app?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Elevops has a native app designed to operate even inside lift shafts or with no network at all. Maintainers consult installation history, fill in reports in three taps, collect customer signatures and automatically sync data with the office as soon as the connection returns.

Question 3

Do I need to install a server on site?

Accepted Answer

No. Elevops is a cloud-native architecture. It requires no dedicated hardware, local installation or in-house server management. To work you only need a desktop web browser and the app installed on the crew’s mobile devices.

Question 4

Do data from different companies stay separate?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We guarantee a strict logical segregation of databases. Each company operates in an isolated, protected context that is completely inaccessible to outside organisations.

Question 5

Is my data safe?

Accepted Answer

We run the infrastructure on high-performance cloud servers with advanced encryption protocols, periodic security audits and continuous backup procedures. Protection and integrity of your information assets are overseen directly by our engineering team.

Question 6

Is data processing aligned with GDPR?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the whole system is designed in full compliance with European personal-data protection regulations (GDPR). We keep transparent access tracking and manage notices according to current rules.

Question 7

Are updates included?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we continuously release improvements, new features and security patches at no extra cost. Updates happen in the cloud, transparently and silently, without ever interrupting day-to-day work in the office or in the field.

Question 8

Is there support?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it is not an anonymous call centre. Support for reports and assistance, setup and day-to-day use is provided directly by the Ruliweb team (09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday) that develops and maintains the platform, with fast response times and precise solutions from people who know the system in depth.

Question 9

How long does it take to go live?

Accepted Answer

The standard onboarding path takes the company live in about two weeks. In that window we handle data cleansing, environment configuration and crew training to cut idle time to zero.

Question 10

What does onboarding include?

Accepted Answer

The onboarding specification includes analysis of company flows, cleansing and import of historical archives, configuration of system parameters and training sessions for reception, administration and technicians.

Question 11

Can I import data from my current system?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our engineers take on your old databases, Excel sheets or migration files. We clean records, structure the relationships between customers, installations and contracts and populate the system before your first working day.

Question 12

How does pricing work?

Accepted Answer

We use a clear, scalable subscription model, calculated on company size and the modules you switch on. Server maintenance, backup and updates are always included. Essential, Advanced and Premium plans are excluding VAT, and the subscription is an annual contract of 12 monthly instalments or a single payment with 15% off. The Custom plan is a quote, with no fixed price list.

Question 13

Can I switch on only some modules?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the platform is modular. You can start from the features essential to managing installations and maintenance, then add the other modules as your organisation grows or develops new needs.

Question 14

Do I need to subscribe to every module to manage job sites, people and safety?

Accepted Answer

No. You switch on only the components needed for your current operations. If you only handle ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, you are not forced to activate the modules for large job sites or advanced fleet management.

Question 15

Does Elevops help with deadlines and compliance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The system automatically schedules periodic inspections, contract renewals, six-monthly maintenance and safety checks, alerting the office in time and avoiding regulatory gaps or oversights.

Question 16

Does the system stop me assigning a technician who is not compliant?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you want it to. The safety-management module tracks medical visits, badges and lift-technician licences. If an operator’s qualification has expired, the system flags the issue before planning is blocked.

Question 17

If, for example, a vehicle is busy this week, does it stay blocked forever?

Accepted Answer

Of course not. Assignment of vehicles and equipment is fully dynamic. You can plan resources by day or hour, reassigning vehicles and tools in case of sudden emergencies or programme changes.

Question 18

How can I request a demo?

Accepted Answer

You can book a call directly through the calendar on this site. We will schedule an operational call with our technicians to show you the platform architecture and assess integration with your real processes.
