1. Introduction

Welcome to Elevops, a SaaS service developed and operated by Ruliweb snc. By using Elevops, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of use. If you do not accept the terms, you are not authorised to use the service.

2. Description of the service

Elevops is a SaaS service designed to help lift companies manage lifting installations. It offers a suite of features to support companies at every stage of operations: from planning and installing installations, to periodic maintenance, job-site management and staff administration. Through a centralised platform, companies can monitor installation status, schedule maintenance, manage people and coordinate site work in one integrated environment.

The service is accessible via web interface or API and includes:

• Centralised management
• Preventive maintenance
• Traceability and reporting
• Staff management
• Regulatory compliance
• Operational efficiency

3. User account

3.1 Registration. To access the service, you must register an account and undertake to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.

3.2 Account responsibility. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Ruliweb is not liable for loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of the account.

4. Use of the service

4.1 Licence. Ruliweb grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the service in accordance with these terms.

4.2 Restrictions. You undertake not to (a) use the service for illegal or unauthorised purposes, (b) infringe the intellectual-property rights of Ruliweb or third parties, (c) attempt to circumvent security measures, or (d) interfere with the integrity or performance of the service.

5. Fees and payments

5.1 Subscription plans. The service is available on a subscription basis. Plan details, including costs, duration and payment terms, are available on the Plans page.

5.2 Payments. All payments must be made in accordance with the terms of the selected plan. If payment is not made, Ruliweb reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service.

6. Intellectual property

6.1 Ownership. All intellectual-property rights relating to the service, including software, trade marks, logos and content, are owned exclusively by Ruliweb or its licensors.

6.2 Feedback. Any feedback, comment or suggestion you provide in relation to the service is considered non-confidential and may be used by Ruliweb without restriction.

7. Data protection

7.1 Privacy notice. Use of the service is subject to our privacy notice, which describes how we collect, use and protect personal information.

7.2 GDPR compliance. Ruliweb undertakes to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users located in the European Union.

8. Limitation of liability

8.1 No warranty. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

8.2 Limitation of damages. Ruliweb is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

9. Changes to the terms

Ruliweb may change these terms at any time. Changes will be notified by email and take effect from the date stated in the notice. Continued use of the service after publication constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

10. Termination

Ruliweb reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if you breach these terms or for any other reason at its discretion.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law. Any dispute arising from these terms is submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Naples.

13. Final clauses

If a provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law and the remaining provisions will remain fully valid and effective.
